TCEX operates as a secure, centralised processing hub for multiple online foreign currency ordering platforms across Australia.

Our role is to manage the back-end fulfilment process on behalf of various retail partners who offer online currency ordering services to their customers.

Because we support multiple partners, you may place an order on one platform and receive confirmation or updates from orders@tcex.com.au

This is standard and simply reflects the shared processing infrastructure behind the service.

TCEX does not provide retail-level customer service — our function is strictly operational and processing-based.
